11. Best effort provisions

Daily feedback and other live sessions are scheduled starting one day after the course start date for the duration of the course, and will be provided with our best effort, however certain circumstances may leave us unable to be online for a particular individual session. We will do our best to provide additional sessions or extend future sessions to replace any missed sessions and also notify you of any change in schedule accordingly.

Any issues arising from the student's situation which prevents them accessing or using the course will be their responsibility to resolve, including but not limited to technical or device issues. We may choose to provide help and advice at our discretion but ultimately it is the student's responsibility to ensure they can access the service reliably.
